Create a Collage with Jennifer Evans In-Person
Learn the basics of collage during this mixed media class with Jennifer Evans from Periwinkle Art Studio. Work with texture to create a unique, dimensional work of art. We'll explore both visual texture and actual texture using a variety of everyday materials: vintage book pages, sheet music, doilies, lace, snippets of fabric, gift wrap, and found objects. Find out how to arrange your materials to create a successful composition.
*Note: participants are welcome to bring items to use in their collage that are meaningful, such as handwritten letters, photocopies of family photos, children's art and mementos.
