Join us for a fun and delicious monthly gathering where we explore a new cookbook, prepare dishes from its pages, and share them with fellow food lovers! This is a potluck-style event, so each participant will prepare a dish at home and bring it to share. Recipes are chosen from the featured cookbook, which can be reviewed at the Help Desk (A copy will be available to browse, but cannot be checked out). 

How It Works:

- Every month, we select a new cookbook, and participants choose a recipe from it to prepare and share.

- Copies of the cookbook will be available at the help desk in Salem Branch leading up to the meeting.

- Registration opens the day after the previous meeting. Spots are limited, so be sure to RSVP early by emailing dbeck@communitylib.org with your name, the recipe you plan to make, and its page number. It’s helpful to include a second or third choice as registration fills up quickly!

Important Notes:

- You must choose a recipe to register; each participant must bring a dish.

- Dishes can be as simple or elaborate as you like—just pick something that excites you! (No alcoholic beverages, please.)

- We don’t have the ability to reheat food, so please plan accordingly.

- Please bring serving utensils for your dish; we’ll provide paper goods and utensils for eating.

- Please note that neither the food nor the facilities have been inspected by a public health agency.
