Craft & Calm In-Person
Autumn is the perfect time to reflect on change and the art of letting go. We’ll begin with a guided gratitude meditation, grounding ourselves in the present moment. Then, we’ll move into a creative practice: coloring autumn mandalas—beautiful, nature-inspired circular designs that capture the rich colors, symbols, and spirit of the fall season. To deepen the experience, we’ll create personal reflection journals, writing about what we’re grateful for and what we’re ready to release this season.
