Gateway Technical College's Fab Lab - Introduction to Laser Engraving In-Person
John Zehren, Gateway's Fab Lab Coordinator, will teach the basic concepts for designing and setting up a project on an Epilog CO2 laser engraver. The laser can mark and cut many materials, but during this workshop, we will work with cardboard to create a slotted cut out. There will also be ready made projects you can run. Drawing experience on your computer is helpful, but not required. Bring a flash drive or purchase one at the library.
